Note Oponent Silvie Kučerová. Ved. práce Kristýna Rybová Abstract Tématem diplomové práce je analýza a zhodnocení sezónnosti úmrtnosti v zemích EU v letech 2010-2019. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historickým vývojem úmrtnosti a rozdíly mezí západní a východní částí Evropy. Pozornost je také věnována faktorům ovlivňujícím úmrtnost a charakteristice nejčastějších příčin úmrtnosti zkoumaného území. Empirická část se zabývá nejprve komparací úmrtnostních charakteristik analyzovaných zemí a dále identifikací a kvantifikací sezónní složky v časových řadách měsíčních hodnot úmrtnosti. Nakonec je na základě zjištěných výsledků vytvořena klasifikace zemí. The theme of the master's thesis is an analysis and evaluation of seasonal mortality in EU countries between the years 2010-2019. The theoretical constituents of the thesis investigates mortality developments in history and their dissimilarities in Western and Eastern Europe. In addition, factors influencing the mortality and characteristics of the most common causes of death in the examined locations are also considered. Empirical elements of the thesis compares mortality characteristics in the analyzed countries and subsequently identifies and quantifies a seasonal component in a time series of monthly mortality rates.
