Oponent Jan Hnízdil Abstract Práce si klade za cíl posoudit stav výcviků v AČR a následně ho porovnat s dalšími vybranými systémy v oblasti lavinové prevence. Z hlediska teorie se práce krátce zaměřila na historii použití lyží v armádách světa a na popis systému a strukturu výcviku v AČR. Dále byla provedena rešerše zdrojů k výcvikům Horské služby ČR, horských vůdců a vysokých škol. V poslední části této kapitoly byl představen používaný materiál. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na detailní rozbor náplně a formy kurzů v Armádě ČR (konkrétně Přesuny na sněhu a ledu) a ve vybraných civilních systémech, konkrétně v Horské službě ČR, v organizaci horských vůdcích a na vybraných českých vysokých školách. V diskusi jsou zmíněny rozdíly mezi jednotlivými celky a také limity a nedostatky vzdělávání v lavinové prevenci v armádním i civilním sektoru. The aim of the thesis is to assess the state of training in the Czech Armed Forces and to compare it with other selected systems in the field of avalanche prevention. In theoretical field, the work briefly focused on the history of ski use in the world armies and on the description of the system and the structure of training in the Czech Armed Forces. Furthermore, a survey of sources used for the Mountain Rescue Service, mountain guides and universities was conducted. In a last part of this chapter is an introduction to the material and equipment currently used in this field of expertise. The main part of the thesis is focuses on the detailed analysis of the content and form of courses in the Army of the Czech Republic (specifically the movements in snow and ice) and in selected civilian systems, specifically in the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the organization of mountain guides and selected Czech universities. In the discussion, the differences between mentioned organizations and the limits and shortcomings of education in avalanche prevention in the military and civil sectors are mentioned.
