Oponent Jakub Pátek Abstract Předkládaná bakalářská práce se soustředí na dvě galerijní instituce a jejich působení v 50. a 60. letech 20. století. Jedná se o Národní galerii v Praze a Oblastní galerii v Liberci. V první části práce je stručně nastíněna situace, která tehdy byla v oblasti kultury a ovlivnila celou tehdejší společnost. Podrobněji je práce zaměřena na výstavní a sběratelskou činnost obou galerií a na jejich umělecké zaměření. V textu je zahrnut i historický vývoj související s jejich fungováním. Druhá část předkládá srovnání galerií a jejich význam v československém kulturním prostředí. Presented bachelor thesis focuses on two gallery institutions, the National Gallery in Prague and the Regional Gallery in Liberec, and their activities in the 50's and 60's of 20th century. The situation in Czechoslovakia, which influenced the entire society, is briefly outlined in the first part of the thesis. This work focuses in detail on the exhibition and collection activities of both galleries and their artistic focus as well. Text also includes interesting historical developments related to their daily functioning.
