Vedoucí práce Lucie Mráčková Abstract V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou dětské mozkové obrny a možností využití rehabilitační léčby v lázních. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty obecné informace o dětské mozkové obrně, její rizikové faktory, průběh onemocnění a také léčba nemoci. Speciální část je soustředěna na ergoterapii, její využití u dětských pacientů v lázeňském prostředí, přínos a výhody ucelené rehabilitace. V praktické části popisuji práci s dětským klientem, který má diagnostikovanou dětskou mozkovou obrnu, jeho anamnézu, ergoterapeutické vyšetření a hodnocení. Na základě těchto poznatků jsem vyhotovila krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of cerebral palsy and possible forms of the rehabilitation therapy in health spa resorts. General information about cerebral palsy, its risk factors, disease's progress and the treatment are summed up in the theoretical part. A special part is focused on the occupational therapy - its usage with child patients in a health spa environment as well as the benefits of a comprehensive rehabilitation. In the practical part, I have described my work with the child patiant diagnosed with cerebral palsy. His anamnesis, occupational therapy examinations and reports.
