Oponent Julius Janáček Abstract Práce je zaměřena na rozhodování spotřebitelů ohledně energetické efektivnosti staveb. Systematická rešerše literatury ukázala, že energetická efektivnost je kvůli svému vlivu na životní prostředí významným problémem a že rozhodování spotřebitelů ohledně bydlení je předpojaté. Na základě těchto poznatků je navržen model pro ovlivňování spotřebitelského rozhodování a chování a jsou navržena doporučení pro vládní organizace a soukromý sektor. The thesis is focused on customer decision making about energy-efficient homes. A systematic review of the literature showed that energy efficiency is an important issue due to its effects on the environment and the decisions of customers about housing are biased. On the basis of this review, a framework for influencing the customer's decisions and behaviour is proposed with the recommendation for the government institutions and the private sector.
