Vedoucí práce Jiří Zima Abstract Cílem mé samostatně vypracované bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční náročnosti investice do fotovoltaické elektrárny. Práce se nejprve zabývá energetikou v rámci České republiky a obnovitelnými zdroji, které jsou spolu s legislativou s nimi spojenou podrobněji popsány. Dále práce navazuje na investice a jejich ekonomickou efektivnost. Další nezbytnou součástí práce je fotovoltaická elektrárna na střeše rodinného domu, kde jsou popsány všechny náležitosti spojené s fotovoltaickou elektrárnou, konkrétně využití, likvidace a SWOT analýza. Poslední a zároveň nejdůležitější část práce se zabývá vyhodnocení finanční náročnosti investice pomocí statických a dynamických metod. The aim of my thesis is to evaluate financial demandingness of the investment to the photovoltaic power station. The thesis is at first concerned with energetics in the frame of the Czech Rupublic and with renewable resources and their legislation wich are described in more detail. Further is the thesis relating investments and their ecomomic efficiency. Another fundamental part of the thesis is photovoltaic power station on the rooftop of a family house where are all the essentials are connected with the photovoltaic power station wich are utilization, liquidation and SWOT analysis in particular. The last and the most important part of the thesis is concerned with evaluation of the financial demandingness of the investment by the means of static and dynamic methods. Another responsib.
