Fyzioterapeutické postupy u hemofilie [rukopis] / Táňa Vlková. -- 2014. -- 92 l., 33 l. příloh : barev. il., tabulky. -- Ved. práce Miroslav Tichý. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nemoci zvané hemofilie, jde o dědičně vázanou nemoc a jednu z nejčastějších koagulopatií, postihující především klouby a měkké tkáně. Práce je koncipována do částí: úvod, přehled teoretických poznatků, cíle a úkoly práce, hlavní část a závěr. V kapitole teoretických poznatků bude popsána obecná i speciální část. Obecná část se zaměřuje na anatomii, popis a etiologii nemoci, patologie způsobené hemofilií, následnou léčbu a možné následky tohoto onemocnění. Speciální část se zabývá terapií hemofilie možné fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy. Hlavní část je zaměřena na dva klienty hemofiliky, u kterých je popsaná kazuistika - základní údaje, vyšetření pacienta a následná realizace léčebné rehabilitace s krátkodobým a dlouhodobým cílem.. -- Abstract: This thesis is focused on defects of disease named hemophilia. It is hereditary disease and one of the most common coagulopathy, affecting especially joints and soft tissues. This thesis is divided into several parts: the introduction, the overview of theoretical knowledge, the goals and tasks, the main part and the conclusion. In the chapter of the overview of theoretical knowledge will be described the general part and specialized part. The general part is focused on anatomy, description and etiology of disease, pathology caused by hemophilia, follow-uped treatment and possible consequences of this illness. The specialized part applies to the therapy with hemophilia possible physiotherapeutic methods and procedures. The main part deal with two clients hemophiliacs, which describes their case reports - there are basic data, the examinations and therapy with the patient including the short-time and the long-time plan.
