U učitele jako realizátora výchovně vzdělávacího procesu se zaměříme na jeho kvalifikaci, profesní kompetence, předpokládané dovednosti, a shrneme metody využívané při výuce. Současně budeme popisovat možnosti budování autority, její druhy a projevy učitele, ovlivňující jeho autoritu ať už kladně či záporně. Praktická část bude realizována na 2. stupni základních škol a bude pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření porovnávat rozdílné představy z pohledu žáků a jejich učitelů o pojmech spojených s učitelem, jeho autoritou a s problematikou trestání. Konkrétně se zaměříme na faktory, které učitelovu autoritu posilují nebo oslabují. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to define issues of teacher's authority which is influenced by climate of the class, consequently by students and teachers. We will focus on the teacher as a key actor of the educational process, on his qualifications, professional competencies, expected skills, and summarize the methods used in teaching practice. We will describe as well the possibilities of the authority development, its types and manifesta-tions of teachers, affecting his authority either positive or negative. The practical part will be realized at the 2nd level of primary schools and it will use a quantitative questionnaire to compare (analyze) different ideas from the perspective of students and their teachers about concepts, related to the teacher's authority and the issue of punishment.
