Islámské menšiny v Evropě [rukopis] / Zuzana Rychtaříková. -- 2013. -- 95 l. -- Ved. práce Rudolf Kučera. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce mapuje situaci islámských menšin v Evropě se zaměřením na Francii, Německo a Nizozemsko. V úvodu práce jsou vysvětleny základy islámu a islámské kultury. Dále je poukázáno na důvody migrace muslimů do Evropy a jejich následnou integraci do západní společnosti. S ohledem na tématiku menšin je v práci poukázáno na lidská práva, u kterých je znázorněn nejen jejich historický vývoj, ale i jejich ukotvení v mezinárodním a evropském právu. Významná část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní státy Evropy, které se potýkají s vysokým počtem muslimských přistěhovalců. U jednotlivých států je načrtnut příchod muslimů do země, jejich integrace či případné konflikty s majoritní společností a muslimské organizace působící na území vybraných států. Závěr práce je věnován tématu diskriminace menšin a islamofobie, přičemž je poukázáno na myšlenku střetu civilizací.. -- Abstract: The thesis is focused on the situation of Islamic minorities in Europe especially in France, Germany and Netherlands. At the beginning are explained the basics of Islam and Islamic culture. Then follow the reasons for migration of Muslims to Europe and their integration into the society. With the respect to the minorities are in the thesis explained the human rights with their historical development and their embodiment into the international law. The significant part is focused on the concrete states with a high number of Muslim immigrants. There is showed an arrival of Muslims into the Europe, their integration, conflicts with majority society and Muslim organisations in each country. At the end are explained the terms discrimination and Islamophobia and there is a short chapter about the clash of civilizations.
