Dále zhodnotit přínos inteligentních budov k této problematice s přihlédnutím k aplikacím moderních stavebních materiálů. Zaměřit se přitom obzvlášť na udržitelnou výstavbu z hlediska ohledů k životnímu prostředí (čerpání přírodních zdrojů, znečišťování). Dále na její principy a využití stavebních materiálů z hlediska kritérií udržitelné výstavby. Naznačit optimální provoz a propojení systémů inteligentní budovy ? kritéria inteligence budovy, nejslabší článek v řetězci, příklady technických řešení, problémy při realizacích. The aim of this work is to resume all principles of sustainable development with specialization on using of corresponding materials and crudes. Further we want to valorize contribution of intelligent houses to this problems with consideration on applications of modern building materials. Next we want to localize on defensible building in light of respects on the environment (drainage of natural sources, contamination). Further on principles and usage building materials in the light of conditions of sustainable development. Next we want to indicate optimal duty and interconnetion of systems in intelligent houses- conditions of intelligent houses, weakest member of chain, examples of technical resolution, problems with realization.
