Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivační faktory, které jsou nastaveny v jazykové agentuře Skřivánek s.r.o. - oblast Severozápadní Čechy. Údaje obsažené v této práci byly získány prostřednictvím dotazníku, který byl pro tento výzkumný projekt vytvořen. Cílem práce je analyzovat motivační faktory a zjistit jejich důležitost ze strany lektorů cizích jazyků. V analytické části respondenti vyjadřují postoje k jednotlivým motivačním faktorům. Na základě zjištěných informací, závěr poskytuje návrhy, které by mohly odstranit nedostatky, které byly výzkumem odhaleny. This bachelor thesis addresses motivators, which are set in the language agency Skřivánek s.r.o. - North-West Bohemian region. The data contained in this thesis were collected by means of a questionnaire, which was specifically created for this research project. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the motivators and determine their importance perceived by the foreign language teachers. In the analytical part of the thesis, the respondents express their attitudes towards the individual motivators. The final part of the thesis presents suggestions based on the developer information, which could eliminate the deficiencies detected by the research. Another responsib.
