Zaměřuje se na hospitalizační péči v předoperační i pooperační fázi v nemocnici Třinec- Podlesí. V léčbě takovýchto pacientů sehrává fyzioterapie významnou roli. Obecná část obsahuje anatomii i fyziologii kardiovaskulárního systému, kliniku onemocnění, diagnostické postupy a možnosti léčby onemocnění. Speciální část je zaměřená na celkovou fyzioterapii u pacientů po kardiochirurgických operacích. V hlavní části je obsažena kazuistika konkrétního pacienta, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V této části je také zhodnocena účinnost terapie. This work deals with the rehabilitation of patients after cardiac surgery, especially after bypass. Focuses on hospital care in the preoperative and postoperative phase in hospital Trinec-Podlesí. In treating these patients, physiotherapy plays an important role. The general section includes the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system diseases clinic, diagnostic practices and treatment of disease. A special section focuses on the overall physical therapy in patients after cardiac surgery. The body contained a specific patient case report, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan.
