Zabývá se cílenou ergoterapií klientů, tímto problémem postižených a na vytvoření léčebně - rehabilitačního postupu. Je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část obsahuje pojem ergoterapie, anatomie kyčelního kloubu, dále druhy totálních endoprotéz kyčle, indikace, komplikace a operační přístupy. Speciální část popisuje léčebně- rehabilitační metody u totální endoprotézy a dále je zaměřena na kazuistiku pacienta, trpícím tímto problémem. Ve speciální části aplikuji ergoterapii na klienta s totální endoprotézou. Hlavním úkolem je nácvik aktivit denních činností a výcvik kompenzačních pomůcek.. -- Abstract: The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the implantation of the total hip arthroplasty. It deals with the occupational therapy for clients involved by this problem and it forms the medical and rehabilitative plan. It is divided in to the general part and the special part. The general part includes the conception of the occupational therapy, the anatomy of hip joint, it deals with types of endoprotheses, indications, complications and approaches to operations. The special part describes comprehensive medical and rehabilitative methods of the total hips and it is intent on the case study of the patient suffered from these problems. In the special part I apply the occupational therapy on the client with total hip. The main task is the training activities of the daily living and training compensatory setout.
