Teoretická část předává přehled věkových a vývojových zvláštností mladšího školního věku, vliv aerobiku na dětský organismus, význam a výhody cvičení a hlavně zásady bezpečnosti při cvičení s dětmi. Praktická část obsahuje soubor vhodných námětů, motivačních říkadel, her, relaxačních cvičení a zásobník cvičení s náčiním v lekci aerobiku pro děti. Vytvořený materiál může být i určitou motivací pro zařazení aerobiku do hodin školní tělesné výchovy. Může sloužit jako inspirace pro učitele, cvičitele, rodiče, ale i pro samotné děti. Pro doložení a motivaci jsme zhotovili videosnímek, který předkládáme jako přílohu této práce. Summary Youth Aerobic - free time aktivity in primary school The diploma thesis focuses on the characteristic of children's aerobics and its possibilities of using it during the school physical education process as a side-event/interested activity at grammar schools. The theoretical part of my thesis provides an overview of age and developmental uniqueness of younger school age, the aerobic influence on child's organism, the importance and advantages of physical exercise and mainly the safety principles during physical exercise with children. The practical part contains a package of suitable proposals, incentive rhymes and games, relaxing exercises and a set of exercises with sport requisites in the children's aerobics lessons. This material can be taken also as a motivation for inclusion of aerobics lessons into the school physical education lessons. It can serve for inspiration of teachers, trainers, instructors, parents and children itself. For better illustration and motivation please find attached a video, which I made. Another responsib.
