Dále zde popisuji incidenci a etiologii, prognózu a klinické projevy nestability hlezna, možnosti diagnostiky a typy léčby této problematiky. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je složena z kazuistiky 24letého muže s chronickou nestabilitou levého hlezenního kloubu. Pacient při první terapii podstoupil vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl vytvořen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán trvající 10 terapeutických intervencí. Při šesté terapii proběhlo kontrolní vyšetření za účelem zjištění účinnosti dosavadních terapeutických jednotek. Na poslední terapii byl zhotoven výstupní kineziologický rozbor a na základě jeho výsledků také dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. The first part contains information about the anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the ankle joint. I have also described the incidence and etiology, prognosis and clinical manifestations of ankle instability, diagnostics options and types of treatment of this problem. The practical part of this bachelor's thesis consists of a case study of a 24year-old man with chronic instability of the left ankle joint. During the first therapy, the patient underwent an initial kinesiological analysis which was used as a basis of the short-term physiotherapy plan lasting 10 therapeutic interventions. During the sixth therapy, a control examination was hold to determine the effectiveness of the previous therapeutic units.
