Hodnocení portfolia IT investic a měření vyspělosti IT procesů ve vybrané společnosti / Jan Lacina. -- 2020. -- 56, 6 stran : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Libor Měsíček. -- Oponent Jan Jolič. -- Abstract: Tato práce vytváří inovativní pracovní postup pro správu a vyhodnocení portfolia investičních ICT projektů (kapitola 5 a příloha 4) v reálné společnosti XYZ s.r.o., která byla v práci pro tyto účely anonymizována. Rozhodujících 13 z 80 projektů bylo na základě tohoto postupu posouzeno a vyhodnoceno. Jak bylo zjištěno, tyto projekty v pořizovací ceně 572 000,- Kč, mohou při úspěšné realizaci během tří let vytvořit čistou současnou hodnotu 1 576 000,- Kč. Výstupem je pracovní směrnice a RACI tabulka určených odpovědností pro manažera IT. Celý pracovní postup vychází z framework Val IT 2.0. Protože společnost se nachází v počáteční fázy zralosti ITG, je doporučeno na těchto principech s hodnocením i správou projektů nadále pracovat a rozvíjet je dle individuálních potřeb. Výsledky zpracované finanční analýzy za roky 2014 až 2018 zobrazují společnost s každoročně rostoucím obratem, dosahujícím v roce 2018 částky 111 000 000,- Kč jako prosperující. Altmanova analýza i index IN 05 řadí společnost také mezi zdravé organizace. Cost-benefit analýza a další doporučené testy dle teorie 3 pilířů Technologie-Organizace-Prostředí (kapitola 3) podporují následný návrh a myšlenku implementace ITG modelu. Na agendu ICT bylo za posledních 8 let vynaloženo průměrně 800 000,- Kč přímých nákladů ročně. Náklady na implementaci ITG modelu jsou odhadnuty na jednorázových 43 000,- Kč a následně 158 000,- Kč ročně. Jeho zavedení může zabránit neefektivnímu využití ITC investic, které v roce 2018 dosahovaly až 1 % ročního obratu firmy. Samotný individuální návrh ITG (kapitola 4) je sestaven jako plán dalšího doporučeného postupu na základě uznávaných metodických postupů extrahovaných z Val IT 2.0. Návrhu ITG předchází měření a popis aktuálního stavu a úrovně. Zjištěná fáze zralosti je 1 (na škále 0-5). Výsledků práce bylo dosaženo pomocí polostandardizovaných rozhovorů s interními stakeholdery, studiem odborné literatury a kvalifikovaným odhadem.. -- Abstract: This paper creates an innovative workflow for the management and evaluation of the portfolio of investment ICT projects (Chapter 5 and Annex 4) in the real company XYZ s.r.o., which was anonymized in the work for these purposes. A decisive 13 of the 80 projects were assessed and evaluated on the basis of this procedure. As it was discovered, these projects at a cost of 572 000 CZK, who, if successfully realized within three years, can represent the current net present value of 1 576 000 CZK. The output of this paper is a work guideline and a RACI table of possible responsibilities for IT managers. The whole paper is based on framework Val IT 2.0. Because the company is currently at the beginning maturity level of ITG, it is recommended to continue with project evaluation and management in order to develop according to the company growing individual needs. The results of the processed financial analysis for the years 2014 to 2018 show a company with a satisfactorily growing turnover (in 2018 they achieved results of 111 000 000,- CZK) as prosperous. Altman's analysis and the IN 05 index prove the company as a healthy organization. The cost-benefit analysis and other supported tests of the 3 pillar Technology-Organization-Environment theory (Chapter 3) support the subsequent design and idea of implementing an ITG model. The ICT agenda over the last 8 years was on average 800 000,- CZK direct costs per year. Costs for the implementation of the ITG model are in this paper estimated at one-time 43 000,- CZK and regular 158 000,- CZK per year. This launches protection against potential inefficient use of ITC investments, which in 2018 reached up to 1 % of the company's annual turnover. The individual ITG proposal itself (Chapter 4) is compiled as a plan for further recommended procedures on the basis of recognized methodological procedures extracted from Val IT 2.0. Measurement of the current state and level is preceded by an ITG design. The detected maturity phase is 1 (at level 0-5). The results of this paper were achieved by semi-standardized interviews with internal stakeholders, a study of the literature, and a qualified estimate.
