Mužské archetypy raně novověké společnosti ve vybraných dramatech Williama Shakespeara / Lucie Hradecká. -- 2020. -- 81 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Michaela Hrubá. -- Oponent Jiří Koten. -- Abstract: Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza textů vybraných dramat Williama Shakespeare (Richard III., Macbeth, Zkrocení zlé ženy a Kupec benátský) z pohledu men's studies a gender history v originálním znění i v překladu Williama Shakespeara. První kapitola je obecným úvodem do generových studií, na níž navazuje druhá kapitola věnující se maskulinním rolím v různých společenských vrstvách a v různých fázích života v raném novověku. Třetí kapitola je věnována metodologii a výběru dramatických textů. Závěrečné kapitoly se zabývají samotným rozborem dramatických textů s ohledem na maskulinní typy a interakci obou pohlaví. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda obraz mužů vykreslený Shakespearem v těchto dramatech, odpovídal Evropské raně novověké společenské realitě, či nikoli.. -- Abstract: The topic of this diploma thesis is a gender history and men's studies analysis of original and translated texts of William Shakespeare's selected plays (The Life and Death of Richard the Third, The Tragedy of Macbeth, The Taming of the Shrew and The Merchant of Venice). The first chapter is a general introduction to gender studies and the second chapter builds on it men's archetypes in different social classes and different phases of life in early modern age. The third chapter presents used methodology and selection of dramatic texts. The final chapters show analysis of dramatic texts considering masculine types and interaction of both sexes. The main target of this thesis is detects the parallel between Shakespeare's fictional men and real men, who live in early modern age in Europe.
