Na základě dat z analýzy současného stavu byl proveden návrh bez investic do technického vybavení linky a návrh s investicí do technického vybavení linky. Návrh je doplněn o nové půdorysné uspořádání linky a rozložení práce mezi operátory s předpokládanou úsporou jednoho pracovníka.. -- Abstract: This work deals with increasing work efficiency of the packaging line at Schiedel s.r.o. with the expected savings of one worker on the packaging line. Based on data from the current status analysis, a proposal was made without investment in the technical equipment of the line and a proposal for investment in the technical equipment of the line. The proposal is complemented by a new layout of the line and the distribution of work between workers with the expected savings of one worker.
