Výchozími hypotézami jsou otázky, jak efektivně "investovat" do neziskového sektoru v České republice a jaká kritéria zvolit pro hodnocení aktérů pohybujících se v neziskovém sektoru. Cílem práce je navrhnout regulační rámec neziskového sektoru v České republice, a to v kontextu metodologického přístupu "better regulation". Nedílnou součástí diplomové práce je sběr a analýza dat poskytnutých od klíčových veřejných institucí (Úřad vlády, MŠMT, ČSÚ). Přidaná hodnota práce spočívá v určení kritérií pro hodnocení aktérů, pohybujících se v neziskovém sektoru, v souladu se stávajícími strategiemi v České republice.. -- Abstract: This diploma thesis analyzes the regulatory framework of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic and deals with the effectiveness of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic in the context of the analysis of foreign experience (especially in the USA and the UK). The starting hypotheses are the question of how to effectively " invest" in the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic and what criteria to choose for the evaluation of actors moving in the non-profit sector. The aim of the thesis is to propose the regulatory framework of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic in the context of the methodological approach to better regulation. An integral part of the thesis is the collection and analysis of data provided by key public institutions (Government Office, CSO). The added value of the work is to determine the criteria for evaluating actors moving in the non-profit sector, in accordance with existing strategies in the Czech Republic.
