Title statement Otázka Evropy ve Ferrarově politické filozofii / Veronika Jančová Personal name Jančová, Veronika, (dissertant) Phys.des. 84, 9 listů + 1 CD Note Vedoucí práce Martin Šimsa Abstract Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat politické myšlení Alessandra Ferrary zaměřené na jeho představy o Evropě se vztahem k českému politickému myšlení o evropské integraci, včetně diskuze týkající se identity, jazyka a kultury. Teoretickým základem práce bude vysvětlení teorie soudnosti nejen podle Ferrary, ale k vysvětlení a dokreslení budu pracovat s díly Kanta a Arendtové. Dále se zaměřím na Ferrarův pojem reflektující autenticity. V hlavní části práce bude analyzována Ferrarova politická filozofie. Za prvé se pokusím vysvětlit jeho pojetí deliberativní demokracie za pomoci prací Habermase a Rawlse. Za druhé se zaměřím na polemiku o Euroústavě a pojetí Evropy jako prostoru pro naději lidstva. Za třetí se budu zabývat teorií kosmopolitismu. Následovat bude poslední kapitola, v níž se blíže podívám na diskuzi o evropanství a euroskepticismu v českém politickém myšlení. Budu vycházet z názorů a vizí pro a proti evropanství u našich filosofů, sociologů a politiků např. z názorů T. G. Masaryka, J. Patočky, V. Bělohradského, L. Hejdánka, J. Kellera, V. Havla a V. Klause. V závěrečné kapitole si položím si otázku, zda a jak je u nás možné vybudovat evropské občanství. The goal of my master thesis is to analyse the political ideas / thinking of Alessandro Ferrara. It is focused on his visions of Europe related to the Czech political thinking about European integration, including a discussion on identity, language and culture. The theoretical background of my thesis is composed of explanation of the theory of judgment not only by Ferrara, but also byworks of Kant and Arendt to illustrate the problematics. Furthermor, I will try to explain Ferraras notion of reflective authenticity. In the main part of the thesis is analysed the Ferraras political philosophy. Firstly, I will try to explain his concept of deliberative democracy with help of Habermas and Rawls works. Secondly, I will focus on the controversy of the European Constitution and the concept of Europe as an area of human hope. Thirdly, I will discuss the theory of cosmopolitanism. The last chapter will concentrate on the discussion of Europeanism and Euroscepticism the Czech political thinking. It will be based on ideas and visions for and against Europeanism of our philosophers, sociologists and politicians e.g. the views of T.G. Masaryk, J. Patocka, V. Bělohradský, L. Hejdánek, J. Keller, V. Havel and V. Klaus. In finally chapter I will ask a question, whether and how we can build the European citizenship. Another responsib.
