Práce je rozdělena do jedenácti kapitol. Nejprve se zabývá nástinem barokní slovesnosti a osobou císaře Leopolda I., která je popisována v pohřební řeči. Dále je krátce charakterizován studovaný dokument a řešena problematika autorství textu. Součástí úvodních partií práce je transkripce a transliterace textu kázání. Text je charakterizován z hlediska žánrového, přičemž významnou částí práce je kapitola věnovaná skladbě pohřebních promluv a dobovým požadavkům na jejich autora. Jazyková část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku stavu soudobého jazyka, barokní gramatiky a dobového pravopisu. Dále se soustřeďuje na analýzu vybraných pravopisných jevů zkoumaného dokumentu.. -- Abstract: The thesis is focused on the analysis of the František Daudlebský's funeral oration and preaching in honour of the Emperor Leopold I. The work is divided into eleven parts. The first part is focused on the outline of baroque literature and the description of the personality of Leopold I. The work continues with a description of the studied document, and then addresses a solution of the authorship issue. Second part includes the transcription and the transliteration of the text. The text is defined by the genre viewpoint. The significant part of the work forms the chapter about the composition of the funeral orations and the requirements to their authors. The linguistic part of the thesis is focused on the characteristic of contemporary language, baroque grammar and Brethren spelling, and then continues with the spelling analysis of the examined document.
