Svoboda v pojetí Marca Aurelia / Jiří Floriančič. -- 2015. -- 42 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Petr Bláha. -- Abstract: Cílem práce je objasnit jakým způsobem Marcus Aurelius chápal pojem svobody a nakolik tento císař a filosof dostál během reálného výkonu vládní moci mravním zásadám stoicismu. Zaměřil jsem se rovněž na jeho požadavek společenské angažovanosti a zodpovědnosti u každého jednotlivce. Dále na jeho chápání svobodného rozhodování v determinovaném řádu kosmu a jeho osobní postoj k sebevraždě. Na závěr svojí práce jsem se pokusil odpovědět, jestli tento panovník a představitel římského stoicismu naplnil Platónův ideál filosofa v čele obce, a zdali vůbec ve vytvoření pozemské obce kallipolis věřil.. -- Abstract: The aim is to clarify how Marcus Aurelius understood the concept of the freedom, whether and to what extent this emperor and philosopher keeped his moral principles of stoicism during the real political execution of governmental authority. I also focused on his demand for social activities and responsibility of each individual person. Next on his understanding of free choice in determined order of the cosmos and his personal attitude to suicide. At the conclusion of my work I have tried to answer whether this emperor and an exponent of Roman Stoicism fulfill the ideal of Plato´s philosopher at the head of the city, and if he believed of creation of the earthling city kallipolis.
