Jedná se o jev viditelně měnící především sídelní strukturu naší země. Na suburbanizaci lze ovšem nahlížet také jako na změnu v rozmístění obyvatelstva a prostorové struktuře sídel. V příměstských územích je také faktorem proměny způsobu života - suburbanizujících se - obyvatel (Ouředníček, 2002). Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části se zaměřuje na objasnění obecné charakteristiky suburbanizace. Představeny jsou základní typy tohoto procesu, současně také obecně největší negativa mající vliv nejen na původní obyvatelstvo vesnic a měst, ale také na přírodní prostředí a krajinu, která byla zasažena výraznou výstavbou nových rodinných, bytových, popř. řadových domů Ve druhé části se práce zabývá aplikací problematiky suburbanizace hlavního města Prahy na území správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Brandýs nad Labem ? Stará Boleslav. V další části se práce soustředí na konkrétní případové studie satelitů městského typu nacházejících se v tomto regionu: Brandýs nad Labem ? Stará Boleslav, Čelákovice, Odolena Voda a Úvaly. V rámci těchto řešených sídel je charakterizován vývoj demografického složení obyvatelstva, dopravní obslužnost a rezidenční výstava. V rámci vybraných měst bylo provedeno dotazníkového šetření, pomocí něhož byla zjištěna struktura nových rezidentů a vyhodnocena míra jejich spokojenosti s bydlením, sociálním a přírodním prostředím nejen v lokalitě jejich bydliště, ale zároveň v kontextu širšího okolí.. -- Abstract: Abstract One of the most intense urbanization processes manifested last fifteen years in the Czech Republic, is the process of suburbanization. This is a particular phenomenon visibly changing residential structure of our country. The suburbanisation however, can be seen as a change in the distribution of population and spatial structure of settlements. In suburban areas is also a factor in changes in the way of life - the suburbanizujících - population (Ouředníček, 2002). This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on clarifying the general characteristics of suburbanization. On show are the basic types of the process, while also generally having the greatest negative impact not only on the original inhabitants of villages and towns, but also on the natural environment and landscape, which has been hit by significant new residential construction, residential, respectively. terraced houses In the second part of the thesis deals with the issue of the application of suburbanization of Prague in the administrative district of the municipality with extended powers Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav. In the next part of the thesis focuses on specific case studies of urban-type satellites located in this region: Brandys nad Labem - Stará Boleslav, Čelákovice Odolena Voda and Úvaly. As part of these settlements is characterized solved demographic development of the population, transport services and residential exhibition. The selected cities were carried out the survey, which was detected using the structure of new residents and assessed their degree of satisfaction with housing, social and natural environment, not only in their homes, but also in the context of the wider environment.
