Práce vysvětluje vznik současných firem, které podléhají regulaci, včetně okolností, kterým se musely přizpůsobit. Mapuje celkovou charakteristiku plynárenství v každém období. Zkoumá situaci jednotlivých subjektů na trhu se zemním plynem a metodu regulace monopolních činností. Z práce je patrná klíčová role Energetického regulačního úřadu pro všechny ostatní účastníky trhu i vliv evropské legislativy. V závěru jsou vyzdviženy důležité změny, ke kterým došlo při vstupu plynárenství do třetí regulační periody v roce 2010 a vlastní návrhy na úpravu některých aspektů regulace. Thesis entitled ?Analysis of the impact of changes in the third. regulatory period in the gas industry is focused on a particular period of regulation in the gas and the changes that follow from them. This work explains the emergence of contemporary companies subject to regulation, including the circumstances which had to adapt. It charts the overall characteristics of the gas in each period. Examining the circumstances of individual operators in the market for gas and a method of regulating monopolistic activities. The work is seen a key part of the Energy Regulatory office for all other market participants and the influence of European legislation. In the end, highlighted the important changes that have occurred in the gas entry into the third regulatory period in 2010 and his own proposals to modify some aspects of regulation.
