Další část popisuje systém a nástroje regionální politiky, přičemž hlavním cílem je analýza vývoje regionální politiky v ČR a charakteristika regionálních operačních programů regionu soudržnosti Severovýchod. Praktická část analyzuje již samotné čerpání finančních prostředků z Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Severovýchod. Hlavní princip zkoumání je zaměřen na zhodnocení realizovaných projektů z hlediska územní alokace a z hlediska výše darovaného finančního obnosu. The theoretical part is focused on the socioeconomic analysis determination of the region consistency NUTS II Severovýchod. The content of the next part is concentrated on the explanation of the system and instruments of the regional politic in the region consistency NUTS II Severovýchod. The main aims of this part is the analysis of regional politic development in Czech Republic and characteristics of regional operating programs in the region consistency Severovýchod. The practical part of bachelors thesis is aimed on the analysis of the means drawings from the regional operating program NUTS II Severovýchod. The main principle of the researching is the evaluation of the realized projects in light of allocation position and the amount of donatives means. Another responsib.
