Kolostomie - prevence vzniku komplikací [rukopis] / Věra Vaňková. -- 2010. -- 74 l., xiii l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Petr Opletal. -- Abstract: Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce jsou kolostomie, prevence vzniku komplikací. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První tvoří část teoretická, která se zabývá danou problematiku. První kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na anatomii tlustého střeva, historii a dále pak na kolostomie. Nejprve je definován pojem kolostomie a jejich dělení. Následně jsou popsány indikace k založení stomie, předoperační a pooperační péče, pomůcky pro stomické pacienty, péče a ošetřování stomie a v neposlední řadě komplikace a jejich prevence. Část druhou tvoří empirická část, ve které je zahrnut výzkum, který se zaměřuje na četnost výskytu komplikací u pacientů s kolostomií a na jejich prevenci. Jako metoda výzkumu byla použita forma anonymního dotazníku. Dotazník byl určen pouze pacientům s kolostomií. Výsledky jsou zaznamenány do tabulek a grafů. V části empirické je stanoven cíl práce, hlavní a dílčí hypotézy.. -- Abstract: The main theme of the Bachelor thesis is colostomy, i.e. the prevention of complications. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first contains the theoretical part which is focused on the main issue. First chapters are focused on the anatomy of the colon, history, and then colostomy. At first it is defined the term of colostomy and their division. Then the indications to establish the stoma, preoperative and postoperative care, tools for stoma patients, care and treatment of stoma and last but not least complications and their prevention are described. Part two contains the empirical part, in which the research is included where the focus is on the frequency of complications on patients with colostomy and their prevention. Method that was used for the research was an anonymous questionnaire which was determined only for patients with colostomy. The results were written down into tables and graphs. In the empirical part there is determined the target of the work, main and sub hypotheses.
