Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tématem bakalářské práce je "Analýza dostupnosti bydlení ve vybrané lokalitě``. Práce je rozvržena do šesti kapitol, a to Bytová politika, Bydlení jako kvazi-veřejný / kvazi-soukromý statek, Diverzifikace bytového fondu na teritoriu města Teplice, Možné zdroje financování bydlení, Faktory ovlivňující rozhodnutí o volbě druhu bydlení a Spokojenost s bydlením v Ústeckém kraji. V prvních dvou kapitolách jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska, která mají osvětlit problematiku v oblasti bydlení jak v národním měřítku, tak v mezinárodních souvislostech. Následující tři kapitoly věnuji bytovému fondu na území města Teplice, možným zdrojům financování a faktorům, které mají vliv na rozhodnutí o daném druhu bydlení. V šesté kapitole je vyhodnocen provedený průzkum dostupnosti bydlení a spokojenost s bydlením v Ústeckém kraji. V závěru práce uvádím, zda byla potvrzena či vyvrácena pracovní hypotéza a jsou zde stručně vyhodnoceny finanční produkty a dána doporučení pro optimální způsob financování bydlení. The theme of the bachelor work is ``Analysis of the Residence Availability in the Selected Location." The work consists of six chapters that include ``Residence policy", ``Residence as a quasi-private holding", ``Diversification of the residence fund in town Teplice", ``Available sources of residential financing", ``Factors contributing to the choice of residence type" and ``Contentment with residence in the Usti region." The first two chapters deal with the theoretical data that review problems in residence sphere both from the local and the international perspectives. The following three chapters are devoted to the residential fund in town Teplice, available sources of financing as well as the factors that have impact on the choice of the existing residential type. Chapter number six analyzes survey about residence availability and satisfaction with living in the Usti region. The concluding part of the work verifies the working hypothesis, it also briefly sums up the financial products and gives suggestions for the optimum way of residential financing. Another responsib.
