Note Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu Abstract Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám fyzioterapií po ablaci prsu a lymfodrenáží. Ablace prsu je prováděna na základě diagnostiky karcinomu prsu. Rakovina prsu je jedno z nejčastějších zhoubných onemocnění u žen. Pooperační komplikací je lymfedém. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou (hlavní). První, teoretická, část je věnována anatomii, patologii a etiologii, diagnostice a terapii onemocnění. V druhé části popisuji možné metody fyzioterapie a psychologické problémy během onemocnění. Vyšetření pacientky a provedení konkrétního rehabilitačního plánu obsahuje hlavní část. My bachelor work is conserned with physioterapy after ablation of the breast and lymphatic drainage. The ablation of the breast is realized on the basis of breast diagnosis. Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant deseases amongst women. Lymphedema is a postoperative complication. The work is devided into a theoretical and practical part, which is the main one. The first part is related to anatomy, pathology and etiology of disease, diagnostics and therapy. The second part describes possible methods of physioterapy and psychological problems which occur during the disease.
