Získaná data konfrontuji s deskriptory ze Společného evropského referenčního rámce, který vydala Rada Evropy pro sjednocení klasifikace úrovně jazyků v evropských zemích. Poznatky, které jsem vyvodila z dotazníků a rozhovorů, formuluji v kap. Komunikační strategie při konverzaci, ve které předkládám návrhy jak postupovat při konverzaci s Vietnamci (i cizinci obecně). Dotazníky a rozhovory analyzuji ze statistického hlediska, z jazykového hlediska a z pohledu komunikační kompetence podle SERR. V závěru práce nastiňuji doporučení k výuce Vietnamců. Veškerá získaná data srovnávám s diplomovou prací Pavly Váňové - Čeština ve vietnamské komunitě z roku 1999. In my thesis I describe the range of communication competence of the Vietnamese community. I have employed two sociological methods - questionnaire and interview. I confront the data with the descriptors of the CEFR issued by the Council of Europe for the unification of language competence classification in European countries. I state the findings based on the questionnaires and inteviews in the chapter Communication Strategies in Conversation, where I also put forth suggestions with respect to the procedures in conversations with the Vietnamese (and generally members of other nationalities). I analyze the questionnaires and interviews from the statistical perspective, the linguistic perspective and perspective of CEFR. At the of the work I give some suggestions on the education of the Vietnamese. I compare all the data with Pavla Vanova's thesis Czech in the Vietnamese community written in 1999. Another responsib.
