V první části této práce je popsána anatomie nohy - kosti a svaly, kineziologie nohy, rozdělení a popis jednotlivých vrozených deformit nohy a popis terapie (více zaměřeno na popis a léčbu pes equinovarus congenitus). Druhá část se týká vyšetření a rehabilitační léčby mého pacienta, který měl v dětství operaci pes equinovarus congenitus. V dnešní době už je deformita nohy upravena, ale zůstaly na noze drobné změny, které dál změnily postavení celého pohybového aparátu.. -- Abstract: This bachelor´s thesis aims to examine an influence of a foot deformation on the locomotor system and its subsequent rehabilitation, especially pes serpens. The first part describes the anatomy of the foot - bones and muscles a kineziology of the foot, a division and description of a particular inborn foot deformation and description of a therapy (the therapy of pes serpens is accentuated). The second part pursues the investigation and rehabilitation of my patient who got the operation of pes serpens in his childhood done. The foot deformation has been fixed, however there are small changes remaining on his foot which cause a vital effect towards the position of the whole locomotor system.
