Abstract Bakalářská práce pojednává o integraci systému řízení. Integrací rozumíme integrování systému managementu do jednoho či dvou dříve zavedených systémů. Cílem práce je posouzení zavedení systému managementu BOZP, významu a přínosu pro podnik. Teoretická část zahrnuje definování jednotlivých systémů řízení ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 Systém managementu jakosti, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2004 Systém environmentálního managementu, Systém managementu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci podle normy OHSAS 18001:1999 a jejich integraci. Postup zavedení Bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci dle OHSAS 18001:1999 a jeho integrace je prakticky provedena v organizaci ZEMPRA DC s. r. o. Pro organizaci je významná i následná certifikace. Získáním certifikátu prokazuje, že je systém zaveden a ověřen. Všechny systémy musí být udržovány a neustále zlepšovány, aby byly účinné. K efektivnosti systému je také nutná přímá angažovanost všech pracovníků organizace. My bachelor essay deals with an integration of operating system. The integration is the integrating system of management into one or two earlier estabilishing systems. The aim of my essay is considered the implementation system of management BOZP, the importance and contribution for company. The theoretical part covers the definition of particulars´ operating systems ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 Management system of quality, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2004 Management system of environmental, Management system Occupational Health and Safety Assessment series according to standard OHSAS 18001:1999 and their integration. The process of implementation the system of safety and occupational hygiene according to OHSAS 18001:1999 and its integration is practically implemented in the ZEMPRA DC s. r. o. company. For company is important even the after-certification. By getting the certification it provides that the system is implemented and certified. All systems have to be preserved and improved continuously to be effectual. For effectial system is necessary the direct involvement of all workers in the company too. Another responsib.
