Vedoucí práce Šárka Palcrová Abstract Migrace je téma, o kterém se v dnešní době velmi často diskutuje, a to nejen v České republice, ale i na celém světě, a to v souvislosti s migrační krizí. Působí na obyvatele špatným dojmem a většina populace na toto téma nahlíží s negativním postojem. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení migračních poměrů v Moravskoslezském kraji, a to za období 2008-2017. Zhodnocují se zde jak okresy, tak velikostní kategorie obcí, aglomerace i regionální centra v kraji. Data byla zjišťována z časových řad z Českého statistického úřadu, a také ze Strategie regionálního rozvoje 2021+. Výsledkem je, že sledovaný kraj je na tom z pohledu migrace nejhůře ze všech krajů v České republice. Obyvatele ztrácel po celou dobu sledovaného období, a to hlavně v obcích nad 10 tisíc obyvatel, ale také v okresních městech a centrech dvou aglomerací Opava a Ostrava. V zázemí velkých měst je migrační saldo kladné. Příčinou úbytku obyvatel stěhováním v Moravskoslezském kraji může být stále méně kvalitní životního prostředí než v jiných částech České republiky způsobené vyšší intenzitou průmyslové výroby v kraji, ale i situace na trhu práce, která je i v současné době stále nejhorší ze všech krajů ČR. Migration is a topic, which belongs among the most discussed ones, not only in the Czech Republic, but in the whole world, in the context of the migration crisis. Citizens recognize this phenomenon as something wrong, and most of the population expresses a negative opinion. The primary aim of this bachelor work is an analysis of changes in migration situation in Moravian-Silesian region between years 2008-2017. There are a few examined sections of this research such as districts, size of villages, agglomeration and regional centers. Data was taken from Czech statistical office and Strategy of regional development 2021+. The results of the research are showing that region under review is the worst in terms of migration from all regions in the Czech Republic. This region is losing citizens by the whole time of watched period, mostly in townships with more than 1 0000 inhabitants, but even in larger regional centers of the region, such as Opava and Ostrava. The migration balance is usually positive in the smaller cities. The reason for the decline in population in the Moravian - Silesian Region could be terrible pollution than in other parts of Czech Republic caused by higher industrial production in the region, but also in the labor market, which is still the worst of all regions of the Czech Republic.
