Souběžný název v anglickém jazyce Abstract Tématem diplomové práce je výstavní činnost Severočeské galerie výtvarného umění v Litoměřicích, se zaměřením na 60. - 80. léta 20. století. Budeme se zabývat moderním uměním prezentovaným litoměřickou galerií a jejími pobočkami. Jelikož na přelomu šedesátých a sedmdesátých let došlo k proměně politické situace, hodláme i sledovat jak se zmíněná metamorfóza, spojená s nástupem normalizace, projevila v provozu instituce. Z daného důvodu je třeba analyzovat, jak samotnou výstavní činnost a s ní spojené publikační výstupy (např. katalogy výstav), tak dobový tisk a archivní materiály. Práce proto bude sledovat nejenom strategie výstavní činnosti litoměřické galerie v rozsahu 30 let, ale i její proměnu jakožto instituce spojené s výraznými osobnostmi, která odráží ducha doby. The theme of the diploma thesis is the exhibition activity of the Severočeská galerie výtvarného umění in Litoměřice, focusing on the 60s - 80s of the 20th century. We will deal with modern art presented by the litoměřická Gallery and its branches. As at the turn of the sixties and seventies there was a change in the political situation, we also intend to see how the metamorphosis associated with the onset of normalization manifested itself in the operation of the institution. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze how the exhibition itself and its associated outputs (for example catalogs of exhibitions), periodicals and archival materials are analyzed. The work will therefore not only monitor the exhibition's activities of the Litomerice Gallery in the range of 30 years but also its transformation as an institution associated with distinctive personalities that reflects the spirit of the time.
