Oponent Alena Kohlová Abstract Tato práce se zabývá tématem Zneužívání analgetik pacienty trpící chronickou bolestí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám popisem a rozdělením bolesti i analgetik, nežádoucími účinky, dostupností analgetik a farmakovigilancí. V praktické části, která je založena na kvantitativním sběru dat, pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuji rozsah užívání/zneužívání analgetik. Což je hlavním cílem bakalářské práce. This thesis investigates the misuse of analgesics by chronic pain patients. The paper is divided into two parts: a theoretical review and analysis. The theoretical review outlines the types of pain and analgesics, their side effects, the availability of analgesics and the process of pharmacovigilance. The analysis subsequently applies a quantitative approach, utilizing data collection to gain insight into the use and misuse patterns associated with analgesics.
