Práce by měla vytvořit ucelenou představu o vhodných pohybových aktivitách a cvičení pro děti mladšího a staršího školního věku. Obsahem bakalářské práce je definice boulderingu a obecné informace o něm, pohybové schopnosti v boulderingu, specifikace věkových kategorií a doporučené pohybové schopnosti pro ně, struktura tréninkové jednotky, bouldering dětí a obecné informace, zásobník cvičení a her a příklady tréninkových jednotek. Práce by měla sloužit jako doporučení a inspirace pro trenéry a instruktory lezení. This submitted thesis is about children bouldering. This thesis should create a comprehensive idea of appropriate physical activity and exercise for younge rchildren and children in older school age. The content of the thesis is the definition of bouldering and general information about bouldering, physical abilities in bouldering, specifications of ages and recommended physical abilities for different children ages, structure training unit, bouldering children and general information of exercises and examples of games and training sessions.
