Oponent Michal Vostrý Abstract Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá ergoterapií u dospělých s kombinovaným postižením a to konkrétním onemocněním Rettův syndrom. V přehledu teoretických poznatků se dozvíte o historii, diagnostice, etiologii a jednotlivých stádiích Rettova syndromu. Dále se budu zabývat možnostmi komunikace dívky s Rettovým syndromem a zdravým jedincem. Nezbytnou částí teorie je samotná ergoterapie, která se uplatňuje u tohoto onemocnění. V metodice se věnuji anamnéze klientky a vstupním ergoterapeutickým vyšetřením. Popisuji zde navržení krátkodobého ergoterapeutického plánu, práci s klientkou a navržení dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu. My bachelor thesis deals with occupational therapy for adults with multiple disabilities and specifically Rett syndrome. In theoretical way outs is written about history, diagnostics, etiology and individual phases of Rett syndrome. Then I will deal with communications possibilities of girl with Rett syndrome and health individual. Necessary part of theoretical way outs is occupational therapy, which is used for this diagnosis. The main part is focused on casuistic of the client and entrance investigation. I make a suggestion of short-term plan and long-term plan and I describe my intervention with a client.
