V teoretické části bude vymezeno klima školy, poté klima školní třídy, jeho spolutvůrci a možnosti ovlivňování. Součástí teoretické části bude také školní třída, její vývoj a sociální vztahy. Dále se budeme zabývat možnostmi diagnostiky třídního klimatu. Praktická část bude založena na výzkumu, který bude probíhat na velké a malé škole. Výzkum bude prováděn formou standardizovaných dotazníků "NAŠE TŘÍDA" v obou formách (preferované, aktuální) na cca 150 respondentech. Cílem dotazníkového šetření bude zjistit rozdíl sociálního klimatu třídy na malé a velké škole a také jaký je rozdíl mezi preferovaným a aktuálním klimatem tříd.. -- Abstract: This thesis is about the social climate of the classes and its differences between a large and a small school. The social climate of the school is defined in the theoretical part, as well as the climate of the class, with its creators and with its possibilities of interactions. The school class, its development and its social relations are also a section of the theoretical part. I am concerned with possibilities of diagnostics of the class climate. The practical part is based on the research in both large and small schools. The research is going to be provided by standard questionnaires called "OUR CLASS" in both preferred and current forms with approximately 150 respondents. The goal of the questioning is to find out the differences between the social climate in both large and small schools, as well as the contrast between the preferred and the current class climate.
