Význam sociálních služeb pro uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením na trhu práce v Ústeckem kraji / Nina Obšilová. -- 2016. -- 66 listů : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Michaela Valášková. -- Abstract: Práce se orientuje na problematiku sociálních služeb a jejich vliv na uplatnění mentálně hendikepovaných jedinců na trhu práce. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí. Teoretická část je tvořena čtyřmi kapitolami mentální postižení, sociální služby, sociální terapie a trh práce. Kapitola o mentálním postižení obsahuje charakteristiku, edukaci a historická východiska péče. Druhá kapitola zaměřená na sociální služby se věnuje rozdělení sociálních služeb, druhům péče, zařízením poskytujícím tyto služby a sociálním terapiím. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na sociální terapie. Součástí práce je i elementární deskripce těchto léčebných prostředků. Poslední kapitolu tvoří trh práce a zaměstnávání mentálně hendikepovaných. V empirické části se věnujeme vlastnímu výzkumu, který probíhal dotazníkovou formou. Respondenty byli zaměstnanci organizací a zařízení zaměřených na pomoc mentálně hendikepovaným jedinců v Ústeckém kraji. Získaná data jsme analyzovali a interpretovali. V závěru jsme přidali doporučení pro praxi.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis is focused on the social services and their importance in the labour market. This thesis consists of two parts the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part has four chapters mental disability, social services, social therapy and the labour market. The chapter focused on mental disability includes its characteristic, education and historical background of social care. The second chapter focused on social services is dedicated to the distribution of social services and types of care facilities that provide these services. The third chapter focuses on social therapy. In this chapter, we describe various types of therapy. The last chapter consists of the labour market and employment of mentally disabled people. In the empirical part we analyse and interpret the data we obtained by questionnaire form. We also included recommendation for further research and improvement.
