Zabývá se významem pojmu zátiší a jeho překlady v různých jazycích. Práce bere v úvahu historický, sociální, náboženský i filosofický kontext vzniku tohoto žánru. Doba rozkvětu zátiší je datována do 17. století v Holandsku. Tehdejší zátiší mělo různé tematické varianty, jež nesly své charakteristické rysy. Byly jimi zátiší zvaná pronk či vanitas, květinové motivy, hostiny či skromnější snídaně, technika trompe l'oeil, zátiší v kombinaci s autoportrétem, nebo okouzlující bubliny a jejich vizuální metamorfózy. Všechna tato, pro holandské zátiší typická témata, jsou v textu práce teoreticky rozebrána a vybraná ilustrativní díla interpretována. Rozbor holandských zátiší je vstupním materiálem pro pochopení tvorby současných umělců, dotýkající se fenoménu zátiší, ať už v jakékoliv podobě. Zda je zátiší v dnešní době stále aktuální a jaké nové podoby nabývá, jsou hlavní otázky, provázející všechny kapitoly. Součástí diplomové práce je pedagogický přesah v podobě tří metodicky zpracovaných výtvarných zadání, která byla v praxi zrealizována a následně reflektována. Výtvarná zadání obsahují i zpracovaný výklad s vizuály v podobě prezentace. Tvůrčí úkoly nasedají na řešenou problematiku a díla z teoretické části práce. Mohou být využity či doplněny dalšími pedagogy, nebo se mohou jen stát inspirací, jak inovativně pojímat téma zátiší v hodinách výtvarné výchovy. V celé práci je vedle uměleckého pohledu kladen důraz i na neopomenutelné psychologické aspekty zátiší a jejich působení na lidské vnímání.. -- Abstract: This thesis The Visual Transformation of 17th Century Dutch Still-Life Subgenres in Postmodern Art (theoretical work with artistic-educational outreach) tries to gain insight into the phenomenon of still-life. It deals with the meaning of the term still-life and its translation into the different languages. The thesis takes into consideration the historical, social, religious and philosophical context of the formation of this genre. The period of the boom of still-life is dated to the 17th century in Holland. Still-life in this period had various theme variants that carried their own characteristics. These were still lifes called pronk or vanitas, flower motives, feasts or more modest breakfasts, a trompe l'oeil technique, still-life in combination of a self-portrait, or charming bubbles and its visual metamorphosis. All these, for Dutch still-life typical themes, are in the work theoretically analyzed and selected illustrative works of art are interpreted. Analysis of Dutch still lifes is the initial material for understanding the creation of contemporary artists, touching the still life phenomenon in whatever form. Whether the still-life theme is still actual nowadays and which new forms it acquires, are the main questions accompanying all the chapters. A pedagogical overlap in the form of three methodically processed creative assignment, which was implemented in practice and subsequently reflected, is also a component of the thesis. The processed interpretations of visuals to the form of presentations became a part of the art tasks. Creative tasks follow the issues and the artworks from the theoretical part of the thesis. They can be used or supplemented by other teachers, or they may just become an inspiration to innovatively conceptualized the theme still-life in art lessons. Beside the artistic point of view is emphasis on irreplaceable psychological aspects of still-life and their effects on human perception in the whole thesis.
