V úvodu práce je zhodnocení současného skladu, kde jsou provedeny rozbory jednotlivých tras a souvisejících nákladů. Poté na základě četnosti a lokalit doručování bylo vybráno nové místo pro sklad a i tady byly provedeny rozbory jednotlivých tras a souvisejících nákladů.
