John Rawls a deliberativní demokracie / Pavel Dlask. -- 2015. -- 103 stran. -- Vedoucí práce Martin Šimsa. -- Abstract: Již z názvu diplomové práce je patrné, že jejím hlavním úkolem je informovat čtenáře o vztahu mezi Rawlsovou revidovanou koncepcí politické spravedlnosti, zpřístupněnou zejména za pomoci Politického liberalismu, a mezi konceptem deliberativní demokracie. Tento vztah je zde reflektován skrze řadu kritiků, jako jsou například A. Gutmann a D. Thompson, J. Cohen a další, za účelem rozkrýt a přiřadit Rawlsovo pojetí demokracie k liberální, či deliberativní "tradici". Cílem práce se tak stává hlubší porozumění Rawlsovu názoru moderní dobře uspořádané společnosti a nalezení těch prvků politické spravedlnosti, které korespondují s principy deliberativní demokracie. Výsledky zkoumání jsou předloženy v 7. kapitole a v závěru práce. Veškeré informace jsou zpracovány za pomoci hermeneuticko-kritické metody četby a interpretace uvedených textů.. -- Abstract: The title of the thesis shows that its main task is to inform readers about the relationship between Rawls's revisited conception of political justice, accessible especially through Political Liberalism, and the concept of deliberative democracy. This relationship is critically reflected through many critics, such as A. Gutmann and D. Thompson, J. Cohen and others, in order to uncover and to label Rawls concept of democracy to liberal or deliberative "tradition." The aim of work becomes a deeper understanding of Rawls's view of modern well-ordered society and to identify the elements of political justice which are to correspond to the principles of deliberative democracy. The results are presented in chapter 7 and in conclusion. All I explain using hermenautic-critical method of reading and interpretatiton of source texts.
