Využití ergoterapie u klienta se schizofrenií / Dalibor Kulhánek. -- 2015. -- 65 listů, 11 nečíslovaných listů příloh : ilustrace. -- Vedoucí práce Eva Macková. -- Abstract: Souhrn Bakalářská práce na téma " Využití sociální a pracovní rehabilitace v denním stacionáři pro dospělé s duševním onemocněním z pohledu ergoterapie " se zabývá problematikou využití ergoterapie u onemocnění schizofrenie. V teoretické části je popsaná přirozená a patologická anatomie a fyziologie centrálního nervového systému a obecná charakteristika schizofrenního onemocnění dále jsou zde uvedeny nejčastější formy nemoci, příznaky, průběh onemocnění, diagnostika, terapie a prognóza onemocnění. Speciální část je zaměřena na ergoterapii v psychiatrii, historii pracovní rehabilitace a ergoterapie u schizofrenního onemocnění, popsány jsou metody ergodiagnostického hodnocení, předpracovní rehabilitace, nácvik ADL, muzikoterapie, arteterapie, taneční terapie, rodinné terapie, dramaterapie. V hlavní části je zpracovaná anamnéza klientky, vstupní vyšetření a kineziologický rozbor. Ve spolupráci s klientkou byl stanoven krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán, který jsme plnili od září do března, kdy jsem za klientkou docházel do denního stacionáře.Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny výsledky naší spolupráce a stanoven dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.. -- Abstract: Summary My Bachelor work, "Social and Work Therapy in social welfare institution for adult clients with mental disease", is focused on using of occupational therapy by clients suffering from schisophrenia. There are described physiological and pathological anatomy and physiology of Central nervous system and general characteristics of schisophrenia in Theoretical part. Further I explained the most frequent types of schisophrenia, main symptoms, and progression of this disease, diagnostics, therapy and prognosis. Special part is focused on occupational therapy in psychiatry, history of work therapy and occupational therapy by schisophrenia. There are described methods of occupational therapy, diagnostics, pre-work rehabilitation and ADL training, music-, art- dance-, family and drama- therapy. Main part is describing the case study of client, including the entrance examination and kinesiology examination. Short-time occupational therapeutic plan was provided in cooperation with my client and we have been working on it from September till March next year. I worked with my client at.
