Je sledována struktura zaměstnanosti v regionu a její změny po roce 1989. Změny ve struktuře zaměstnanosti okresu jsou komparovány s vývojem v Ústeckém kraji a České republice. Pozornost je věnována také detailnějšímu pohledu na změny v zaměstnanosti u velkých průmyslových podniků 90. let 20. století. Jsou analyzovány základní charakteristiky nezaměstnanosti a jejich vývoj od roku 1990 až do současnosti. Rovněž je sledována struktura uchazečů o zaměstnání v okrese Chomutov dle pohlaví, věku, vzdělání či délky nezaměstnanosti. Poslední část práce je věnována dopadům celosvětové finanční a hospodářské krize na zaměstnanost. Jsou interpretovány důsledky krize na základní ukazatele trhu práce v komparaci okresu a České republiky. Jedním z hledisek je i vývoj zaměstnanosti u významných zaměstnavatelů současnosti. The bachelor thesis reviews the main aspects of the labour market in the Chomutov district. Is examined the employment structure in the region and its changes after 1989. Changes in the employment structure of the district are compared with developments in the Ústí region and in the Czech Republic. Attention is also paid to the more detailed view of the employment changes in large industrial companies at 90 20th century. Are analyzed fundamental characteristics of unemployment and their development up 1990 to the present. It is also examining the structure of the job applicants in the Chomutov district, by gender, age, education or duration of the unemployment. The last part is devoted to the impact of the global financial and economic crisis on the employment. There are interpreted consequences of the crisis on basic labour market indicators in the comparison of the district and the Czech Republic.
