V obecné části popisuji anatomii lumbosakrální páteře, definici, etiologii a patogenezi onemocnění a klinické projevy vybraných vertebrogenních syndromů. Speciální část se zabývá terapií vertebrogenních onemocnění a dostupnými manuálními prostředky fyzioterapie. Hlavní část se věnuje kazuistice vybraného pacienta, kde najdeme anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý rehabilitační plán, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí dané problematiky a hodnotí výsledky provedené rehabilitace u vybraného pacienta.. -- Abstract: The thesis deals with the issue of vertebrogenic diseases of lumbosacral spine and its physiotherapy using especially the manual therapy. In the general part I describe the anatomy of lumbosacral spine, the definition, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and clinical manifestation of chosen vertebrogenic syndromes. The specialized part deals with the therapy of vertebrogenic diseases and available manual means of physiotherapy. The main part describe the case report of chosen patient, we can find there the anamnesis, the initial kinesiology analysis, the short-time physiotherapeutic plan, the final kinesiology analysis and the long-time physiotherapeutic plan. The conclusion consists of an overview of chosen issue and evaluates the results of undertaken rehabilitation of chosen patient.
