Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tématem bakalářské práce je "Euroregion Glacensis jako nástroj podpory přeshraniční spolupráce - kritické zhodnocení". Cílem práce je zhodnotit příspěvek euroregionu Glacensis k rozvoji regionu v rámci přeshraniční spolupráce. Práce seznamuje se základní teorií přeshraniční spolupráce a euroregionů. První část práce se zabývá historií přeshraniční spolupráce, seznamuje se základními a důležitými programy a iniciativami Evropské unie a právními nástroji, které napomáhají přeshraniční spolupráci. Druhá kapitola obsahuje právní nástroje usnadňující přeshraniční spolupráci. Třetí část se zabývá teorií hranice, jsou zde uvedeny základní definice hranice, příhraničního prostoru a naznačuje, jak probíhala přeshraniční spolupráce v historickém vývoji České republiky. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena pouze na euroregiony, na jejich historický vývoj, definice, předpoklady jejich spolupráce. Poslední dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány Euroregionu Glacensis, jeho vývoji, struktuře, charakteristikám a zhodnocení přínosu euroregionu pro přeshraniční spolupráci The theme of the thesis is "Euroregion Glacensis as a tool in promoting cross-border cooperation - a critical evaluation". The goal is to assess the contribution to the development of Euroregion Glacensis region in cross-border cooperation. This thesis introduces the basic theory of cross-border cooperation and Euroregions. The first part deals with the history of cross-border cooperation, introduces the basic and important programs and initiatives of the European Union. The second part contains the legal instruments to facilitate cross-border cooperation. The third part introduces the theory of the border, including the basic definitions of the border and the border area, and indicates how cross-border cooperation took place in the historical development of the Czech Republic. The fourth part is focused only on euroregions, their historical development, definitions and preconditions for cooperation. The last chapters are all about Glacensis Euroregion - development, structure, characteristics and evaluation of the benefits for cross-border cooperation. Another responsib.
