Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice a teorii her se zaměřením na hru didaktickou. Didaktická hra je jeden ze způsobů, kterým se pomocí hry a zábavy snažíme děti vzdělávat a předávat jim zkušenosti, dovednosti a především znalosti. Výzkumná část obsahuje dotazník pro učitele zaměřený na využití didaktických her ve vyučování geometrie na 1. stupni základní školy, a také dotazník pro žáky. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda je didaktická hra v geometrii mezi učiteli a žáky jako výuková metoda oblíbená. Součástí práce je soubor didaktických her, který ukazuje možnosti vzdělávání dětí mladšího školního věku. Tato kartotéka může být zdrojem inspirace a cestou, jak didaktickou hru využívat častěji a správným způsobem.. -- Abstract: This diploma thesis deals with educational games and its application in the teaching process. The theoretical part focuses on characteristic and theory of games, especially on the educational ones. The didactic game is one way of education of children through game and entertainment, the way how to give the children the experience, skills and the knowledge especially. The empiric part includes a questionnaire for teachers focusing on use of didactic games in lessons of geometry on the 1st grade of elementary school. The aim of the research was to determine whether the didactic game in geometry is popular among teachers and students as a teaching method. Finally, the diploma thesis offers a file of didactic games, which shows the possibilities of geometrical education of young children. This file of didactic games can be a source of inspiration as well as a way how to use didactic game more and correctly.
