Optimalizace procesů spolupráce v sesterských společností [rukopis] / Oldřich Starý. -- 2011. -- 51 l., [2] l. příl. : tab. -- Lic. smlouva 31.12.2017. -- Abstract: V bakalářské práci se nejprve teoreticky zabývám možnostmi sdružení společností. Poté se podrobněji zaměřuji na fúzi a uvádím důvody, klady a zápory, jakož i problémy, s kterými se společnosti celosvětově při fůzích potýkají. V následném případě z praxe posuzuji fůzi české společnosti s holandskou. Vyhodnocuji přínosy fúze podle ekonomických výsledků za období 10 let, které zahrnuje jak období před fúzí, tak po ní, a podle ukazatelů efektivnosti a zadluženosti. Poté analyzuji současnou spolupráci členů fúze a navrhuji její optimalizaci v jednotlivých odděleních firem. V závěru práce objektivně hodnotím výsledek fúze a zamýšlím se nad budoucností obou společného holdingu.. -- Abstract: First of all in the Bachelor´s work I theoretically consider about group of firms possibilities. After that I target on the fusion, I am mentioning reasons, positives and negatives or problems, which meet companies all over the world during the fusion. In next case from working experience I compare fusion of Czech company and Netherlands. I analyse positives of the fusion according the economical results of ten (10) years, which include time before and after the fusion, and according the indicators of the effectiveness and indebtedness. After that I analyse the nowadays cooperation and propose the optimalization in the departments of the companies. On the end of this work objectively analyse the result of the fusion and think of the future of both companies.
