[rukopis] = The protected working station as an instrument of integration? / Dagmar Štěpánková. -- 2009. -- 47 l. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Cílem bakalářské práce ,,Chráněná dílna jako prostředek integrace?" je zjistit, zda chráněná dílna podporuje k přechodu pracovníky na otevřený trh práce a srovnání cílů klientů s cíli organizace, zda cíle organizace naplňují cíle klientů. V teoretické části popisuji právní úpravu zaměstnávání osob zdravotně postižených, účel a podmínky chráněné dílny, pro něž jsou tyto chráněné dílny zřizovány a dalších institucí, které se zabývají zaměstnáváním osob zdravotně postižených. Uvádím dokumenty a jejich obsah, které upravují právo na zaměstnání osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části představuji jednu z mnoha chráněných dílen v České republice. Srovnávám cíle této chráněné dílny s cíli klientů a uvádím výsledky rozhovoru, prostřednictvím něhož jsem zjišťovala, zda tato chráněná dílna podporuje své klienty k přechodu na otevřený trh práce.. -- Abstract: The object of my Bachelor Elaboration, called {\clq}q The Protected working station as an instrument of integration``, is a research if a protected working station supports employees to ingression to opened employment market, the confrontation employees aims with establishment aims, and research how establishment aims fulfil employees aims. The Theory part of my Bachelor Elaboration described a legal form of employment handicaped persons, a purpose and conditions of Protected working station and another institutions, which employed handicaped persons. This part specified documents and their résumé, which modify privileges for the employment of handicaped persons. The Applied part described the one of many protected working stations in the Czech Republic. The part contrasted the Aims of the Protected working station with the clients aims and includes outcomes of the interviews with clients. During these interviews was investigated if the Protected working station support clients in ingression to the opened employment market.
