Note Ved. práce Eva Křemenáková Abstract Má práce se zabývá onemocněním dětská mozková obrna. S dětmi, kteří trpí touto chorobou jsem se setkala hlavně v Nových lázních, kde mě práce s nimi velmi bavila a získala jsem tu mnoho zkušeností. Dětská mozková obrna je nejčastější neurovývojové onemocnění, způsobeno lézí nezralého mozku. Je neprogresivní, ale ne neměnné. Projeví se špatným motorickým vývojem dítěte, které může mít další přidružená onemocnění jako je epilepsie, mentální retardace, poruchy řeči, poruchy kognitivních funkcí a další. Dětskou mozkovou obrnu nemůžeme vyléčit, ale včasná rehabilitace je velmi důležitá k udržení či zlepšení stavu klienta. Ke vzniku této nemoci může dojít buď před porodem, během porodu či po porodu. Dětská mozková obrna má několik forem, které můžeme rozdělit na spastické a nespastické. Proto je důležité ke každému dítěti s jinou formou přistupovat individuálně. Má práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na teoretické poznatky o dětské mozkové obrně, rehabilitací, hlavně ergoterapií u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a metodikou psaní levorukých. V praktické části jsem pracovala s čtrnáctiletou klientkou. Procvičovaly jsme všední denní činnosti, úchopy. Dále jsem se snažila, aby zapojovala i pravou horní končetinu do činností a byla více samostatná. Tím bude připravena na budoucí roli matky. Seznámila jsem ji s pravidly psaní levorukých a stanovila jsem krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. My work deals with the children cerebral palsy. I met children suffering with this disease mainly in New Spa. The work with such children was very interesting and I acquired there an excellent experience. The children cerebral palsy is the most frequent neurotic development disease, caused by an injury of a non developed brain. It is not progressive, but not unalterable. It manifest itself by a bad motor development of a child, who can have also other associated diseases as epilepsy, mental retardation, deficienty in sérech, defects in cognitive functions and others. The children cerebral palsy cannot be recovered, but a rehabilitation in time is very important for maintaining or bettering the state of the client. This disease can originate as well efore the childbirth, as well as during or after the delivery. The children cerebral palsy has several forms, witch can by spastic or not spastic. There fore it is important to access to every child individually. My work has two parts. In the theoretical part I specialize myself to the theoretical information about children cerebral palsy, its rehabilitation, mainly through occupation therapyof children with cerebral palsy and to the method for left hand writing by the left hand people. In the practical part I describe my work experience with a fourteen years old girl client. We practiced the everyday activities and taking a firm grips. I tried to induce her to join also her right hand to the activity and to be more independent and so to be prepared for her future role of a mother. I made her acquainted with the rules for writing for the left hand persóna and determined a short-term a long-term plan occipational therapy. Another responsib.
