Obecná část pojednává o problematice samotného onemocnění (etiopatogenezi, epidemiologii, průběhu onemocnění, klinickém obrazu, diagnostických postupech a medikamentózní léčbě). Ve speciální části jsou uvedeny možnosti fyzioterapie a speciální koncepty, které lze využívat v průběhu onemocnění. Hlavní část obsahuje anamnézu, základní vyšetření klientky a rehabilitační postupy aplikované v pokročilém stádiu nemoci cílené na zlepšení poškozených funkcí. This thesis is dedicated to the neurological demyelinating disease, the cerebrospinal disseminated sclerosis. The general part deals with the disorder problems themselves (aetiopathogenesis, epidemiology, process of disease, clinical picture, diagnostic procedures and medicamentous treatment). In the special part there are stated possibilities of physiotherapy and particular concepts which can be used in the course of the disorder. The main part of this thesis includes anamnesis, basic examination of a client, and rehabilitation procedures applied within the disorder advance stage focused on the improvement of the damaged functions.
